Karen Didion Lighted Blitzen Tree Santa

The santa itself was adorable but the one I received was in bad condition. It arrived dirty and broken. I contacted the seller immediately requesting an exchange. Three weeks later and multiple calls/emails and I still had not received the new one. I ended up returning for a refund.
