Works great!
I was only able to watch tv via my phone. This worked great and super easy for a senior to set up and operate!

Hooked up to a computer monitor
I bought this to hook my phone up to an extra computer monitor I had laying around. I wanted to use it in our gym so I could watch Youtube workout videos. Was unsure how it was going to work since there were so many bad reviews on other products.Needless to say, it works perfectly. Hooked up to the monitor and switches on when you play a video. The monitor has built in speakers and plays the music with no issues. The video is clear and looks just like the phone.I could see how this could be valuable when you go on vacation as well. You could hook up your phone to any device and have access to the internet and all your favorite streaming sites. The additional charge point is ideal when you are streaming for a while. Your phone charges while you watch. Love it.

Do not buy!
Doesn’t work! As soon as you connect it there’s a QR code that takes you to a Chinese app that doesn’t work at all. Terrible product and experience

ONLY WORKS FOR RELATIVELY LATE MODELS
It works, but not very stable. Also, it only works in retatively late TV models. I have an older model and it doesn't work with it (to be more exact, signals are on and off constantly, making viewing impossible).

Works alright but software heavily limits usage
Unfortunately many apps will not stream to your tv. This isn’t the adapters fault, it works fine. But this is the world we live in, and I must give an honest review. I would give it 5 stars on everything else but felt it was fair to take one away simply to warn future customers to investigate exactly how useful this would be for their purchase reason.Also, it is incredibly expensive for a simple adapter imo.
