Budget friendly phone. Got it for my daughter. Will see if it works smoothly later as well as it's just been a week I got it. Uptil now it's working good.

I have bought every phone from the redmi note 8 upwards they are so fantastic, easy to use and have an amazing camera.I bought the note 13 and didn't go for the extra spend on the note 13 pro as I know the regular note 13 is a great step up from my previous note 12. They are fantastic. Very good battery. I do a lot of reading and research online, Amazon prime shopping, Amazon video, etc. It runs everything absolutely amazingly.I'm thrilled this shop posted it so fast! It arrived in 24 hours even though it wasn't estimated to arrive for another 3 days!Amazing service all round. Great phone at a great price.

I previously owned a red Me 9 so I was more or less aware of functionality of this version. Glass protector and cover included are perfect.It s slightly bigger than expected, but that is on me to compared to the previous version instead of measure it properly.Easy to transfer data, and set up apps.Haven't got the chance to check everything yet, especially the battery duration.I am amazed with the speed of the delivery, ordered it on Monday afternoon and received it within 24 hours, even though I chose the standard shipment to avoid extra costs.Thank you

I bought this as an upgrade from my Redmi Note 9, which was starting to seize and act oddly.The Redmi Note 13 is a similar phone with some improvements - but also some negatives.Moving over to the new phone wasn't as easy as last time. Google didn't back up things. I had to go back to my old phone and create backups and then reinstate them on the new phone.Once everything was there I could get rid of the bloatware and then everything worked smoothly.Biggest issue for me was the sound. Stereo speakers gives no increase in volume but usuing a bluetooth speaker is hopeless. The volume is so low you may as well not bother. I'm really disappointed as I use my speaker a fair bit at work. I've tried booster apps which are either full of ads so you can't get to play anything or they don't work that well over bluetooth. There' seems to be no solution online that works. Xiaomi need to fix this !!! It wasn't an issue on the Redmi Note 9.Then there's the camera - it was quite impressive on the Redmi 9, but seems a step back on the 13. There's no Raw. It's got more pixels and some other features but doesn't seem any better despite being supposedly upgraded. They seem to have upgrade the spec on paper but downgraded the actual ability.People complain about the video though I don't use that much. This was a good phone to go for if you liked photography. Now - it's not bad, but not that great either.For the price, this is a good phone and absolutely fine if you just want to use basic functions. Spending more on the Pro model or a main-brand may be the way to go if you want top use the phone more seriously.

If you don't want to be bombarded by ads, please don't buy this phone. I have tried to deactivate them but they keep coming up. I guess that's why it is cheap and that is the way the brand makes money from but it is not right to do it without informing the customer. Don't recommend it.
