We had the knee pads set for the lowest setting on Massage & Heat for 15 to 20 minutes and one of the knee pads caused a small burn blister....OUCH

It's wintertime on the farm here in n/w PA, which means long days outside wearing heavy insulated boots through mud and snow while tending the animals. The weight of wearing my boots all day make my knees ache. I have another knee massager but it's made of hard plastic, so once you put it on you are pretty much stuck where you are because there is no bending your knee with it on. This NORTHERN BROTHERS Knee Massager is neoprene and very flexible, yet stays in place when you put it on, so you are free to move about while wearing it. You can even stretch it and wrap pretty tightly and use it like a knee brace as well. The heat is working well and feels great. The massage has a few different options for different cadence. For me it is very soothing after a long day of farming.

Just a little heavy but okay, might buy another one

I’ve come back to edit my review, and take this to 5 stars vs. my original review of 4 stars. I had originally thought that that the knee "massager" was just a convenient solution for someone who needs a heating pad on their knee, but didn’t give much weight to the massage feature. However, I have found that the massager actually works great! I have some knee issues that are exacerbated by cold weather, and I have found great relief from using this massager paired with the heat! I had been suffering for a few days, and decided to try it, and it’s been feeling good ever since! So, five stars, it is! Now, back to the rest of my original review…It applies very much like a typical knee brace and does do a great job of heating up. You have the option to change the temperature and I love the fact that you can see the actual degrees of the heat setting you choose. For the amount this is, I think is a great deal for a better mouse trap as far as a heating pad for my knee. It's very handy that it's wireless and will easily fit above or below pants and stays on with ease!
