By far the BEST thing I have bought for curling my hair EVER!! I was dubious at first after hearing stories of people getting hair tangled etc, but I’ve used this loads of time now and never had a problem. Maybe some people were so desperate to try it that they didn’t follow the instructions, I don’t know.It really is so easy to use. Slightly too heavy for me to hold with one hand when waiting for the timer to stop beeping, but not so heavy that it’s a problem.My hair is shoulder length so it’s easy to pull the hair at the back to one side to get into the curler, and the curls stay in for a few days until washed again. I really am VERY impressed and glad I took the plunge after the recommendations from friends.

Well, after purchasing a different brand to try and sending that back because it chewed my hair up, I decided to go back to using my usual brand of curler that's Babyliss. The curl secret I have is a few years old and I'd broken part of it so decided to buy a new one. I bought this as it's Babyliss and apart from having the smooth option on it, I thought it would curl my hair the same, if not better as it was a newer product than the one I had. How very wrong was I. Firstly it's heavier than my old one. The length of time the hair can be round the curler is also longer as it's 10 beeps now on the 3rd setting. I thought great, my curls will last longer. Nope. I use very small sections as I have a lot of hair but even by doing some of them twice, it didn't curl right to the ends and in fact the curl was none existent. It was more of a gentle wave. So I decided to do an experiment between this one and my old one as per the photo I've attached. There's a massive difference in the curl that's achieved. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Hence why I've returned it. Don't waste your time or money on this.

I’ve been trying to find an easy way of putting a wave in my hair for years. One that won’t burn my hand or involve trying to sleep in curlers. This gadget is great. Easy to use, maybe a little on the heavy side but you can support your arm and offers the option to alternate curls. I’ve found that the waves stay until it either wash my hair or put it in a different style. I’ve not got my hair stuck in it. And it releases easily of a tangle develops. Just remember that you need to wait for the nine beeps and the finish tone before releasing. It won’t do tight ringlets but that’s not what it’s for.

Well to start with I didn’t think these would work at all. However I was pleasantly surprised, as long as you read the manual and let heat up they work very well.I will say they are not as good as doing manually or going to the salon, but for a quick curl or straightening they are very good.

Unfortunately I was sent a faulty pair, however the refund was so easy and smooth so thank you. Not the sellers fault. I've brought the same product elsewhere as was no more available here and love them.

Background first: I have fine straight hair, and had never owned a flat iron or a curler before. I only used a flat iron once in my life and was really scared when using it.I was very excited to get some curls on my hair and was amazed by this product,. It was easy to use and the curls lasted 2 days even without using any product to style it afterwardsThe flat iron does a great job, but for those who like that super flat style it may not work. Personally, I like the smooth tidy effect though the flat part of this createsThe product is easy to use, you can do a full head in minutes, and performs beautifully. I am obsessed with this, should have bought years ago

Pleasantly surprised! I ordered the rose gold one originally as it was on offer - but didn’t like it that much and saw that this one wasn’t that much more expensive. I have super thick, super frizzy curly hair. However, I wanted to find a way to have smooth tussled hair (like salon style) and So happy to say I finally got that with this! First time I tried it - I had already roughly dried and smoothed my hair so the curls were smoother and flatter. Second time I tried it. I roughly finger dried my hair and it was still kinda damp in places and not smooth at all. Quite rough. Curls came out super tight springs and upon running my fingers through at the end I got really volumised smooth curls like the photo. Really like both looks! Really please with the machine. It does get a little heavy after a bit, took me around 40 mins to do. But nothing that a 2 min rest won’t cure.

It’s a great product which helps saving the hassle to diy your hair with a normal curler. However, the curl - it’s terrible. Maybe it really depends on hair type, my girl has quite a firm hair, so it takes 2 tries to get the curling done on the hair, at max heat. I’m not sure if it’s the hair or what, but maybe it’s the mechanism that could be the problem.I suggest getting the curl done manually will be a better option, gives you more customization to the curl the hair of your choice and preference want with a manual curler.
