The build quality and design for use is incredible
Build quality of the aluminum casing and thread cable look nice. Design looks great, and has a cool push to insert and eject feature. Cable length is perfect (I hate when they make them too short). I was pleasantly surprised with USBC native, and a USB adapter. The adapter is tethered, so you don't need to worry about losing it. My computer recognized it fast, and I can move files incredibly fast. 10/10 would recommend. I've had no issues with heat.

Convenient
No problems so far. Works as it should. The USB A and USB C compatibility has been extremely convenient for me when I have a Macbook and PC. Highly recommend!

Works great with my Sandisk CF Express card, connected to windows via a thunderbolt 4 dock.

Gets hot really fast..... too hot....
So far, so good. My only concern is hot HOT the unit and then my expensive card got. I'm worried it will melt or damage my card. I will keep this one, but look for others that won't overheat in the 20 minutes I use them for.

Mine was defective.
The unit I received was not easily detected by Windows 11. I had to plug it in, wait, nothing, unplug, and try again three or four times. When Windows did detect it, it threw a lot of hardware errors. It took ten minutes and ten tries to copy a handful of small files. I returned it. I think they would have replaced it if I asked, but I decided to try a different brand.
