Well if you are dieting and particularly if you are on Keto diet, this product range is very good, does the job low calories low carbs. However if it has a drawback it is primarily that it smells like fish or old school glue Copydex, it also pretty much tastes of nothing, from the company named Eat Water it is apt. But really this has more positives than the obvious negatives, Rinse the rice or pasta whichever thoroughly and add a little of something you like or gives it a bit more of a taste, e.g. splash of chilli sauce or soy sauce, but if your eating this with say a curry you won’t notice the taste, or absence there of. The fact that this rice/ pasta is low calorie and low carb is great but it also meant that I could generally eat the same main dish the rest of the family were eating.

MKes a great spaghetti bolognaise

Great for macros but I’d rather not eat any substitute as they don’t taste great (actually taste of nothing) and the texture is so watery and slimy. I think technology has to improve before you can make a great carb substitute.

Great for selective weight loss

Tried these for a healthier alternative, really didn’t like them. They are perfect for weight loss as you will not finish your food because if the taste. Strange off putting odour even after rinsing as recommended. Texture is rubbery and unpleasant. Really can’t recommend them until they fix those two issues.

Not very tasty I`m afraid

Helping me lose weight but I wish they weren't so expensive, I would eat them everyday if they were cheaper easy to use with lot's of different uses

So far iv'e only tried the pasta which is a good item to replace the real thing if you are on a low carb diet and tastes ok with meat balls. I recommend a good rinse out before cooking as it smells a bit. Would recommend and i will be buying more.
