Rose Gold Sparkle Satin 38mm Ribbon by Bertie's Bows Ribbon on a 20m Roll (21.8 Yards)

I have received this ribbon before and was very happy with it. This time when I received my order one of the spools was faded. You can see the difference in the photo above. I sent feedback to the seller and have not heard back from them. I understand that mistakes happen, but my advice to anyone ordering this usually beautiful ribbon to ask seller to take care to make sure that color is accurate and merchandise is not faded. I write this because I have answered questions about this ribbon on Amazon and assured potential buyers that the color is accurate and the quality wonderful. That extra care to make sure that merchandise is accurate is important and I hope that in the future a mistake like this won't occur again.

Ribbon looks like it could be pretty. Unfortunately, its was not on a roll like stated. It was folded and shoved in a bag. Bummer!!

Great rose gold color. Has a nice shimmer to the ribbon. Love that the ribbon is on an acrylic roll & not the regular cardboard/plastic combo.
