So far so good
Took a little bit to activate but they took off do their job. Haven't had to boil to reactivate yet I'll come back and complain if something happens but I really don't for see it these things are usually solid from different brands at least.

Impossible to Snap on the Heat
This is like the second brand I have ordered so I’ve already flustered with none of them working. I had gotten some in Aspen as a promotional thing and they were just awesome. I just love them so I’m trying to buy some and I think it’s important to have a lot of them because you could take them to bed with you or whatever and just kind of keep putting fresh ones on so I got these and open them Absolutely could not turn any of them on. I tried and tried put them back in the box and returned them. I’m not sure why the metal parts not larger so you can grab and snapThese are also a little smaller than I wanted but loved the color.

Disk hard to snap, perfect otherwise
Snapping the disk is difficult, but once you get it snapped the heat pack is great! Tip: if you have hand problems, use the edge of a counter or table to help snap the disk.

Ehhh..I’m rather indifferent
I bought these as stocking stuffers, I ordered two packs and 5 of the 8 had already been activated, so I had to boil them sneakily.. the process of boiling actually took a very long time, I’d say closer to 30 minutes. I’ve had similar hand warmers in the past, and do not remember them taking that long. The other ehhh I have about them, is that the disc is VERY hard to snap/click. My kids haven’t been able to do it on their own and I even struggle to be able to accomplish it. I don’t know if it’s too thick for the size making it difficult snap, if it just needs to be ‘worn in’ a bit or what...I’m giving it an ehh (indifferent to the product) for those reasons. Do they get warm? Yes. Can you reuse them? Yes. It’s just that deactivating them is kind of time consuming and they are difficult to activate.

Very convenient magical hand warmers.
The media could not be loaded. Until recently I was unfamiliar with this technology and had no idea how it worked (technically I still don't). I wondered how a small metal disk that you snap inside this gel could cause a heating reaction, but when I tried it, I was amazed. The heat is warm, but not hot to touch and lasts about 15-20 minutes. The process to reset them involves wrapping them in a towel and dropping them in boiling water for a few minutes, but then they are like new again and ready to use for another round. They work like magic and it's fun watching the gel turn into a solid. The plastic feels sturdy so I don't think they will wear out or puncture easily. I'm very satisfied.

Not worth the money
These only stay warm for about 20 minutes and boiling them to reform is a pain because they cannot touch the side or bottom of the pot when you do so.

So awesome!
These work surprisingly well, and give off a lot of heat. It’s not easy to snap the little metal disc on the inside at first, but I just find some thing hard with an edge to push it up against, and then it snaps pretty easy. It’s also a super cool science experiment with my kids. They love to watch it change, and so do I.Boiling is not the easiest, but I wrap a couple up in a washcloth and boil the washcloth packets for about 10 minutes, and then they’re good to go! I love that they are reusable and I’m not just throwing things away.I highly recommend!
