Perfect!
I had a unique '80s telecom situation that these were perfect for! The screws have internal threads in the heads so you can secure the cables together. They are well made, well packaged, and I haven't had any issues out of any of them.

The Most Compact n/m Adapter
These adapters (as sold by dgjiachen) conform to the "Full Handshaking" pinout described on Wikipedia (search for "Null modem"), so by-and-large will work with normal serial ports without any special settings. I have used one to connect a PL2303-based USB serial adapter to the serial port of a server so that I can do some startup troubleshooting via the console. Took advantage of the twin pack, as one shall inevitably go walkies when surrounded by envious techies curious about how I make fixes as close to the metal as possible...

Does what it's supposed to
Great alternative to any null modem cable. Takes up less than 1/2 " of space. No coiling of excess cable, just plug and play.
