Q: Has anyone done a nose print with this clay?

I have not done a nose print, nor has any of my co workers to my knowledge. It should work well I think.

Q: Is this large enough for a 100 pound Lab

There's enough for 2 average sized dogs. I imagine you can combine them for one big dog. FYI: the "Clay" picks up hair and dust easily, so be carefull.

it can be painted, but not glazed and fired. it's not really clay. it's like a foam.

Q: Is this supposed to be kinda soft after drying? I’ve had mine out for two days and it’s harden up but it’s still a bit soft.

The directions say, “The clay air-dries in 48-72 hours into a slightly flexible material.” I left mine on wax paper for about a week to be safe. Two months later, it’s firm, but definitely still a bit malleable. Give it a couple more days to harden :)
