This ball massager really helps iron out all of the knots and tightness throughout my body. I do recommend you use something like baby oil over the area you plan to massage. It helps make the ball roll much smoother without irritating your skin.I particularly love using this on the back of my neck and going upwards towards the base of my head. Very relaxing.

It is easy to use and works perfect. You can pinch your skin if you do it directly in your skin in an area that your skin is not as tight. On my back, shoulders not an issue but I am using it for my lymph massage as well and for my underarm I just make sure my shirt is covering and it is perfect. Easy to clean and it rolls smoothly. I have been using it for about a week now and it is great. You also can decide how much pressure to use and the size is great not to bug it is hard to hold with smaller hands but big enough to cover a good amount of space.

Does the job. My husband uses this on my back, hips, and shoulders. It helps relieve tension well. My husband’s only complaint is it is too small for him to hold comfortably.

Heaven in the palm of your hand. It feels so good when someone uses it on you. It’s really compact so very portable which is really important when my boyfriend’s back is bad at random times.

I had surgery around the neck and some neck/shoulder muscles took a beating. I would try to 'knead' out with my fingers but just didn't give me much relief. A co-worker told me about these and I decided to give it a try. I was amazed how quickly I felt relief by not even applying pressure, but if more pressure was needed it was literally at my fingertips! It is just the right size for me to feel like I have control. I was thrilled at how easy it was to get some relief. So happy with it I went out and got another one for my guy. It's so compact I take mine to work in my purse and bring home at night, where we each have one on our side tables. Very happy with the product!

This roller massage ball is small but it works so well on my I T band. I am new to running and this is perfect to relax my stiff hips, quads and calves. I think it works better than the rolling pin style rollers because I can use it with just one hand
