Worst product and costumer sevice
The wax heater was poor quality and the wax roll didn’t fit properly.I asked for the refund,paid 15pounds to send it back and is more then 2mounth they didn’t refund.so disappointing.I don’t recommend this wax heater and company as they are not reliable.don’t spend money on this rubbish
