I had a mild back pain, after using the cusion for a few days, the pain got agrevated and I had to be hospitalised. Want to return this product. Since I was in the hospital, could not return the product within the return period. Please help.

Okok product i m excepting more comfortable nd more softer foam but it is not that soft
