I didn't expect much when I saw this
I have to admit that I am pleasantly surprised. It is really hard plastic and it really gets the knots out! I use it on lower back sometimes in my office chair and it does help. So simple yet so effective. This was a great find!

Good product but too soft for me
This product seems quality made.However, it is a softer ball where you can make dent temporarily when squeezing by hand.I was more looking for firm ball that shape does not change when squeezed. Something similar to lacrosse ball.I wish the description was more transparent about this.

Firm and strong
I use the ball to pressure point of my quads and a few muscles of the legs. I feel great relief

A huge help
As a skateboarder in his late 30s, I use this all the time. It’s made such a difference in keeping my recovery time low and keeping my hip mobility where I need it. Applies just the right pressure without causing pain. Highly recommend

What a Relief!
Not hard at all yet it has a very firm and deep massaging feel to my hip flexors. It conforms well to the hip bones so there is no point load of pressure at any one spot but you can roll into the target areas that need the deep trigger release of a tight muscle.
