The bat and balls worked pretty well for our grandson, but the fold out stand had mis-installed rivets that fell apart on the very first use. Oddly, the rivets were installed in a way that deformed the plastic so that it seemed to work. No doubt this will be a short lived toy but he'll enjoy it as long as it lasts.Surprisingly, the extending bat worked much better than I expected and the balls worked out well even when wet from being in the pool.UPDATE: The company reached out to us and offered a full refund even though it was after the 30 days. Added a couple of extra stars for the great customer service. Would buy from this company again.

Super easy set up, super fun and the kids love it. The Velcro sticks well just have to rub it up a little the first time. Is easy to take apart and store. Really good gift idea, we got it to start practicing for upcoming baseball season and family activates. The material is good quality and definitely worth the money.

perfect for ages 2-6! Very adaptable to ages 1-8 you can adjust it to their height! Great tool to practice before baseball season!!!

Update: the seller was absolutely incredible to work with and sent us a new toy and provided additional instructions. The top part of the stand is located within the bottom part for easier shipping, so if you think you may be missing a portion please take a look! The toy is truly wonderful and my son absolutely loves both the stand and the smaller portion that pops the ball in the air!The item arrived without part number 7 (the bottom part of the stand) and therefore is unusable. It looks great, but unfortunately my son (and we) are disappointed due to the inability to play with it.

UPDATE: While I won’t change the stars on this because the quality is poor, I did receive a full refund for the product which I appreciate.We got this for our 4 year old for his birthday and he has loved it! It’s a great concept because he would always smack the tee over when we tried to play with him. The ball suspension is great for them to develop their swing. However, if you do hit the stand at all, the top pops off. The quality is pretty cheap unfortunately. The concept is great but it should be way sturdier. It also comes with a ball pop up which is cool for when he gets older but too old for him right now. We ended up putting masking tape on it to keep the stand together but then you can switch it to a regular tee. Overall, it’s good for his age. It’s light weight and easy to move around. The size or height is adjustable which is nice. The price is high for how cheaply it’s made. Function is good until you hit it.

Well worth the price, my 5 year old loves it! And it’s nice that he doesn’t have to wait for someone to pitch for him, since there is a piece that does it for him!

Basic putting together was easy, but the whole reason this was purchased was to use the hanging tee. That part doesn't fit together as they probably sent the wrong tube with the package (see images). Not sure how to contact them to get that fixed, will likely have to return. Seems like a gamble according to other reviews.
