Good clean supplements.
I’ve taken 4-5 other brands of the same ALA and this one seems to deliver better and I’m happy with this product. Will buy more before I run out.

Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg
I know that having Alpha Lipoic acid increases Glutathione- that protects and eliminates toxins from the body. I understand that it can give you an energy boost; I didn't feel anything different but I did feel energy boost from taking B12 via spray and capsule. I think with these different supplements, you really have to balance and monitor the intake in order. I think I took the capsule off and put it in water to taste the alpha lipoic acid, I don't recall any distinct taste but I don't remember it was tasty either. All I can say is, if it helps the body especially serving as an antioxidant, I will not overtake and update if there is anything to report. Other than that compared to other products providing 600 mg of this supplement it is a pretty small price to pay for good health.

Potential health benefits
2 capsules daily = 650mg ALA, 30 day supply, exp 3/2025Alpha Lipoic Acid is best taken on an empty stomachThere is scientific research documenting the healing benefits of alpha lipoic acid (ALA) listed by the seller. The problem when taking ALA is its bioavailability. I've been taking ALA off and on for a few years now, switching back and forth between regular ALA and the stabilized form Na-R-ALA. I cannot tell the difference except in my wallet. I'm sticking with the more affordable Nature's Nutrition Alpha Lipoic Acid. My interest in ALA is for its long term neuroprotective and eye health benefits. An article that may be of interest:ncbi nlm nih gov: "Insights on the Use of a-Lipoic Acid for Therapeutic Purposes"

Good antioxidant
The body, through stress, anxiety, being exposed to pollutants and toxins gets something called free radicals in it. Which must be cleaned out occasionally with antioxidants. Vitamins a, c, E are all good basic antioxidants to have. But to go a little deeper you've got to get with something like this. This is ala otherwise known as alpha lipoic acid and it is a good antioxidant to have in the body. Helps clear thinking and nervous system works better. This is just my opinion I am not a doctor or trying to cure anyone of any disease or prevent a disease and so on. But learn about nutrition and you will be on your way to terrific health I think. You are what you eat after all. Most of us probably don't get a lot out of the foods we eat although if you change your diet for the better, that's a BIG step in the right direction. But it's good to have these supplements on hand to assist you on your journey to Better Health.
