Beware - not all purchases are of passive cards
The PCBuyIt cards, even those ones dispatched by Amazon, are not the ones listed in the photograph. They are new, but are the models with the low profile brackets only and are not passive - it's the version with the fan. So now I need to go source some high profile brackets, or return the cards. What a pain. Aside from that, cards are cards.

Worked fine, good value, dual ports for single network redundancy not separation of networks
Worked a treat and great value! The ports are one and the same (so the 2nd port is for redundancy rather than for a second network). Don't forget you'll need a 10Gb switch to see any benefit from it though!!
