I didn't care for this at all. The angle wasn't right, it was too small and it felt really cheap. I felt like I was going yo fall of of it.

The stretch helps my achy feet and legs. It has slammed down a couple of times while using it though, however the benefits far exceed the weirdness of it slamming down on you. My recommendation is to use it next to something sturdy like a chair or table etc for a bit of balance while getting on or off it, or in case it slams down. I did knock a star off because it slamming down once and a while in use.

As you can see from my pictures, this is not what they advertise. In all of the advertised pictures it shows the bottom has grooves that go across the entire width of the product and that is not the case. After I set it up, and I stepped on it, the bar moved due to lack of support from only two little knobs on each side, and I fell and hurt myself. Please be aware before purchasing this product, that what you see with all of the support is not what you are getting and this could be very dangerous.

When you lean into it, the plastic flexes significantly. I returned it and bought a different brand that is much stiffer / stronger.

Works as it should, just a bit soft material so do be aware of heavy weight use

Decent quality for what you pay but it was too small and light for me. Kept moving, even with anti slip on tile floor. I bought it to stretch my calfs but also place under desk to keep my feet at a non-pointed position. Also, the back heel supports are really uncomfortable and dig into my heels. It would work better with shoes. I use this devise in therapy but it is made of wood and has weight to it (plus there is no heel support) which makes it a much better therapy tool. This plastic one could be good to travel with, since it is very light and folds easily.I would have gave it 3 stars but the seller is making me pay to return, so 2 stars for the extra hassle and payment.Get better quality and pay a little more for a better stretch devise elsewhere.
