I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines, which is incredibly difficult for me as a college student. Sleeping is tough as well, because I have to sleep with the TV on for anxiety, but the light is sometimes bothersome. This headache cap is absolutely a must buy. It’s comfortable, stretchy (and snug!), naturally cooling, blocks out the light, and is easy to sleep in! The relief I’ve had during sleep is fantastic. 10/10!

I have eye pain from optic neuritis and this helps SO MUCH. If you have recurrent headaches, heat sensitivity, or sometimes just need some calming and cooling sensory input, you need this. My husband and I love it so much that we bought two more so there’s always one ready to go. We keep them in the fridge because in the freezer, they get so cold they can give you brain freeze. Amazing. The cold does last a lot longer in the freezer and if you didn’t have a partially shaved head, it would probably be fine for you. The gel is soft and malleable, does not turn to hard ice like some do. The fabric is smooth like swimsuit material and glides on and off nicely. My husband’s head is on the larger side (he always needs custom helmets) and this fits snugly but is not too tight. I’ve told all my friends how amazing this is and at this $10 each, I know what everyone is getting for Christmas this year.

I like to wear it to bed, love the amount of compression I feel when I sleep with it and it soothes me. I haven't had any cases of it falling down my face (what are you doing to make that happen???) or getting stuck on me. I use both of mine for a cold compress, I recommend you have another one dedicated for heat use. The cold packs work well on my nasty eye-based migraines and the compression helps me sleep since they stick around for some days to a week.I have learned some tricks from my use of it these couple of months or so of using it.1. Avoid leaving it in the freezer unless it's for 10-20 min. Keep it/leave it in the fridge. Mine live in the fridge until I need them again. The freezer is too cold and it's uncomfortable to wear unless you let it sit out for 10-20min. When I'm using mine I take it out of the fridge right before bed and toss it on my pillow for a few min before I join it.2. When you use it for cold compress for extended periods or at bedtime you should use a slightly thicker eye cream. After a week or two I had scaly/flakey skin around my eye area just above the eyelids. I Dr. Googled it and saw it was cold dermatitis or cold urticaria. I started using a thicker, slightly balmier cream around my eyes and the flakey/dry skin healed after 2 days.3. Clean it very gently every single use. I have used 91% rubbing alcohol and I have used soap (Dawn) and water to clean it. Make sure to rinse it a lot if you use soap and water because it keeps suds. Make sure not to pull on the fabric, it is very elastic and can stretch out too much.Overall a great product for $10

My husband likes to sleep with it on. It's got a good weight to it nice and smooth. Stays cold and provides relief.

I call these my jelly hats. They have a fun, firm, gel like consistency contained with in the fabric. I've had chronic migraine's and cluster headaches since I was a teen. Especially when my head gets too hot. My husband gets migraines every summer. I ordered these and he loved them. He used them every night for weeks over the summer time when his headaches would flare up. They would help him sleep. We put them in the freezer and they get super cold but remain gel like and comfortable. We've also used them as ice packs for other injuries. They were excellent when it got too hot in the summer and we just wanted to cool down. Multi purpose. We haven't had a chance or reason to try them heated yet.

I had no idea what I was ordering. I thought this was a wrap around mask that would just go around the front part of my face. Saw the price and thought there was nothing to lose. It’s actually an amazing full-head gel sock that offers nearly complete black out and light compression. I was stunned by the weight of this item and how long it stayed cool. I left it out all day by accident—it’s still cold. Doesn’t slip off, doesn’t hurt, feels incredible. I don’t want to take it off!

the blue is exactly the color it shows in the picture. It stays cold for 45min-hour if you're in an air conditioned space, I haven't tested it outside or in a warmer climate other than my house. I keep it in the freezer and I have to leave it out for a few minutes before I can use it because it retains cold temps really well. It's been a lifesaver with my migraines and to help me fall asleep even when I don't have a migraine. I take monthly shots for my migraines and nothing really has helped, but I can function while wearing this. I can do dishes and be in a lit room, which has been impossible my whole life. Highly recommend for any and all uses

Hear me out, if you have a big head (just measured for reference, my watermelon a good 24”) this might actually cause you more headaches than any other benefits gained.Yes it’s the smoothest and softest gel like thing. Haven’t tried it hot yet, it’s permanently in my freezer for whenever I need it, but still puts too much pressure throughout my entire skull. But man is it soft and stays colder for longer. This last statement is false for me personally as my body zaps anything cold like its surviving on it. But I can tell you it lasts a long time for normal people.It would of been nice if there was some sort of tiny adjustment to alleviate potential pressure on the bottom. Like a small little velcro strap or something for us big headed ahh people.That’s why I give it 5 stars. Besides my head size, it really is a good product. And it’s still soft when below whatever it is. 10/10. Highly recommend buying 2-3. They should actually sell it as a pack. Hopefully the seller sees this. It only makes sense. Youll most likely want to buy another one, just saying.

I have multiple frozen head band for migraines, but when they first come out of the freezer, they are hard and stiff, and somtimes it hurts. BUT THIS HAT is amazingly soft, and stays cold for a long time! I don't know why I didn't have one of these before! Just bought another one! 5☆

Good product, fits perfectly and very comfortable in comparison to some other migraine caps. Only downside is that it doesn't stay too cold for very long, but still very helpful.
