I got this to put into my protein smoothies in the morning. I was hesitant to try at first because I wasn't sure how it would taste or mix with the other powders, but it's actually quite nice and is a great additive to my smoothies.Serving size is 2 scoops but I do 1.5 scoops along with my regular protein powder. I'm low on iron and after trying this for about a month, I really like it and feel like it's helping boost my iron levels!The product is kind of messy with the scoop and the powder is compacted in the bag, but overall it's great and I will keep ordering.

It smells stronger than dog food and exactly like it. The "powder" is also more of a play-dough texture. I'm not sure if this is because moisture got into it (would explain the smell too) or if it's a result of the dense mixture of vitamins. If that is supposed to be the taste, smell, and consistency, it would be nice if the company would be transparent about it because for other protein powders, it would indicate spoilage. It made my apartment smell for days. I do appreciate the idea of the product though. Also, safflower oil is the third most prominent ingredient and is a polyunsatured fat with the highest content of lineolic acid which is pro-inflammatory and hurts your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio (it is an omega-6 fatty acid which most people consume too much of in comparison to omega-3s). It would be nice if they could remove this ingredient all together because no one needs that much fat in their protein powder, and if they want fat, they can just put a scoop of peanut butter (or an alternative) into a smoothie, but I'm not going to fault them for that, they just need to fix the revolting smell.P.S. I ordered the vanilla version. The two versions of this iron lift protein powder seem to be wildly different. The cookies & cream needs 3 scoops (compared to the vanilla's 2 scoops), is way more calories, but has a lot less protein. It would be nice if they were clear about that.

with other iron products, i was ALWAYS choosing between good digestion or good circulation. i know now that you can have both! not only does iron lift help my low iron levels, it actually tastes really good and is ridiculously convenient, not something i dread. the high protein content is also supporting me in my fitness goals. the most immediate and simple change is that i can stand up fast without seeing stars lol!! it sounds small, but it is significant in improving my quality of life. i definitely recommend as this has been a game changer for me :)

So, I received this out of the package and it had residue on it, but I thoroughly inspected the bag and it didn't have any puncture holes or product seeping out; I decided it was safe to try.I must say, it's not my favorite protein powder, but it's pretty good.I ordered this to fill in some dietary gaps as I change my supplement regimen from taking daily beef organ capsules.I wanted something with the iron and vitamin benefits, without the high cholesterol content.I'm not sure if I will order again, because I have tried more flavorful brands, but I do not regret this purchase at all.I say give it a shot. What isn't my favorite, might be yours.

It smells like dog food and doesn’t blend well. Blender bottle was not sufficient, had to use my vitamix. The taste is fine in a smoothie with a bunch of fruit but the smell is so revolting I think I’m just going to pitch it. Would not recommend.

After a few drinks I really have felt my energy levels balance out, not nearly as fatigued.My only quam about the powder is that it doesn't mix very well. A little bit of elbow greese typically will get most of it incorporated. The taste is delicious, mixed with banana and ripped milk alone is enough.

I've been looking for a supplement to help regulate my digestion for a while now and only heard about this product through a coworker. Very pleasantly surprised. The powder tastes great, is easy to mix, and it gives me the energy I need without the mid-afternoon crash from caffeine. Great value overall and I plan to stick with it.
