AUVON pads are more reusable than the others in my opinion. I like the Larger pads for my Back. I actually adopted a fabric back brace, sewing in six soft plastic panels and used double-sided tape to be able to accurately place six of these Tens Unit pads on the inside, to be able to place the Tens Unit pads on my back easily by just strapping on the back brace. This keeps the pads from falling off, and keeps them tight against my back.

I can't believe the difference these new contacts make when using my tens unit. They hold steady while performing some of my exercises.

i like these. the adhesive stays in place, not messy like some bulk electrodes. better quality than the lowest you would find. you do have to make sure you alcohol the skin to get any oils off as the adhesive after one use becomes significantly less gripping. i usually have paper tape with me just in case. the longer electrodes are great for covering larger muscle areas.
