JY PERFORMANCE T304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Flex Y Pipe compatible with 2009-2017 Enclave Traverse Acadia Outlook (2PCS Design)

Initially I was not very sure about buying it because there were several bad or discouraging reviews but without a doubt this one works and fits my 2009 Acadia perfectly. I had some problems with it at the beginning because the coupling they put on it left a slight gap of approximately a quarter but nothing that cannot be solved. In general, I consider it to be an excellent purchase since all the workshops I visited charged me more than double the price just for a small piece. And having everything new for half the price seems excellent to me.

Used the y pipe and replaced the banks A and B cat converters with original Gm 3 way converters as is called for. 2 new converters cost $3,000 +/- and the equivalent gm y pipe cost $700 +/- so I thought I could save some $ buying this generic pipe. The only problem was that the O2 sensor threads needed retapping due to slag. Other than that it worked great and saved $. BTW, with the proper cat converters, and this new pipe, the GMC Acadia 2011 runs like a Cadillac! It truly made a huge difference in the engine performance and ride quality.

Doesn’t fit the angled flanges very well , two inches too short , also short on hardware had to go buy bolts but I have extra nuts….. update , I was able to have a piece fabbed to fix the problem , the company refunded 50% and made it right .

Aside from fighting with the oxygen sensors, should have bought new ones. Oh and breaking studs off in the catalytic converter, use heat, I didn’t. I hope I don’t have to but if I do need to replace it again I will just buy again from here.

Unusable due to angles on piece. Quality otherwise appeared decent, but without proper angles it is just metal.

Performed magnet test. The section of pipe circled is the only part of the entire assembly that is stainless. I will update review once I install it to update fitment. Update. Bolted right up no problems.

Great fit, The stainless is thicker than I thought it would be for the price. Came with all the gaskets needed and the slip joint doesn't leak. Great Product.
