This Snow-cone Machine by DYTREND, was designed for one purpose and that’s to demolish ice of all kinds into snow. With an industrial look, feel and capacity, combined with great performance, this is a worthy consideration. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – This definitely has a commercial feel to it on a smaller scale. It’s very solidly built out of what appears to be good quality parts and stainless steel. I’d put it in the upper level of the quality scale for snow-cone makers and guess it’ll last for years.II. Performance – This thing is amazing at ice destruction. It tears through any kind of ice like its butter. The large feeding tube with a diameter of 4.3 inches, means that you can put pretty much any size and shape ice in it easily, quickly. I love how small it crushed it, making it very similar to snow that can even be presses into snow balls. The large tray underneath allows you to make a bunch of snow in quickly and then turn to pacing into cups, rather than just one at a time. The ability to push the ice against the blade with the included handle not only makes it quicker, but also cuts down on noise versus others I’ve owned.Overall, this has been a great choice that will consistently provide quick well made snow with ease, that’s easy to clean up. If you show with one of these to a summer party, everyone will love you. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. We purchased our unit in December, Started using it in March whenever the temperature rised, By June, it stopped working for us. I would recommend purchasing something a little bit more commercial grade if you plan to use it a lot

This thing is a beast! It works great! My husband works for a recovery home and they often have events for the students so this is perfect for making a large amount of snow cones in a short amount of time.

this is the real deal its so easy to operate and does an awesome job. my kids love sno cones they eat them all year long and the small ones you get from the big box store just aren't that great. but this bad boy is built to last, stainless steel that wont break like the cheap plastic ones and with the big cutting disk it turns a pile of ice into snow extremely fast. i am overly impressed with this and would recommend it to anyone wanting a sno cone machine that will last for many years and not break.

This is a quality machine, works well, can produce a fairly large amount of snow cone ice rather quickly, is great for parties, Ice close to Hawaiin Ice shaved ice. Great for birthday parties, etc.,Machine is a trooper, seems to be high quality, worked right thru the ice no problem, you get a tray, for the ice, the machine sits over it, very easy to use system.Cleanup is not so bad, machine being stainless really helps.I love the machine and have used it several times, the quality seems good, it makes parties fun, the kids love it, getting more use than I expected, expect a long life and lots of enjoyment given its quality.

We have a bunch of summer birthdays and this is great to have! The family loves pulling this out and enjoying snowcones for the little and frozen margs for the adults.

I have always wanted one of these machines. It is amazing how thin it gets the ice and is just like going up to one of those stands. When you think about the cost of snow cones for 8 people each time you go vs making them at home it is a simple choice to go commerical and DIY.
