Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Snack Size Cookie Mix 7.2 oz (Pack of 3)

I bake tons of bread, cakes, and brownies but idk why I’m so daunted by cookies! I’m addicted to peanut butter so I really wanted to try this out cus it looked fairly easy. The direction says it yields 12 cookies. I added 1 tbl water, 1/4 cup of crushed peanuts, and 2 tablespoon of peanut oil cus I had em!I made those 12 balls, dipped them in cinnamon sugar on the top side, did the criss cross fork press, and 1 dark chocolate chip on top. Baked by instructed time n temp. But I did it in my wide Airfryer so I should’ve done more like 7-8 min, not the full 10. They were delicious but VERY hard. The colors were medium brown, verging on almost burnt.Tip: Watch them closely n take them out before they brown! Airfryer time needs to be adjusted to a lil less than the conventional oven.

Bought for the wife because she loves baking these cookies taste great and everyone loves them for holidays. Easy to bake and mixes easily. Great value for the price

Yum. I got a craving yesterday for a peanut butter cookie. I opened up and prepared this product and in 20 minutes I took them out of the oven. Then the day after I ate some for breakfast. Still tasty.

I have always made peanut butter cookies from scratch. These are delicious, and so quick and easy. You don't need to chill them. I just did drop cookies and I used melted coconut oil. They turned out great. I only got 9 pretty small cookies from a bag, for expectations. So even though it says you don't have to chill them, I think you would have to for a little bit if you wanted to roll them into balls. A few minutes in the freezer should do it. And careful, baking 8 minutes was more than enough for me. I am not a fan of their chocolate chip cookie mix, so I am glad I tried this. I had no idea a mix could taste this good. And someday, I want to make ice cream sandwiches with these.

I can whip up a batch of these in 10 minutes counting the preheating of my Breville smart oven and the texture and flavor is great. Price is great also. Perfect for that Sunday night munchies attack when you don't want to leave the house but want something sweet. I buy a LOT of these and stockpile them. Super easy to make too. Just the mix, a tablespoon of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix it with a fork in a bowl until it forms a ball then divide and bake.

These cookies taste like “from scratch” cookies. I made them for a family get together for a bunch of foodies, and no one noticed they were from a package. Add small peanut butter chips and peanuts for a delightful variation. Highly recommend.
