He estado usando esta cuerda de tríceps para mis entrenamientos en polea y estoy muy satisfecho con su calidad. Probé tanto la versión de 27” como la de 36”, y ambas tienen un recubrimiento de nylon grueso y duradero que soporta entrenamientos intensos sin mostrar desgaste.Los topes de goma en los extremos son sólidos y evitan que la mano se deslice, lo que mejora la seguridad y el control en cada repetición. La cuerda es flexible pero firme, ideal para ejercicios como jalones de tríceps, face pulls, crunches y remo.Además, el enganche metálico es resistente y se adapta sin problema a cualquier máquina de cables. I didn't realize the center piece was plastic - my fault when ordering to not pay closer attention. The rope is fine and I guess it'll work fine but I just wish I'd had gotten the chromed steel unit instead (same price).

Tried and true!
These are a staple in any triceps routine. These are well made and comfortable to use. When I couldn’t find these at my gym, I had to buy them myself. Very glad I did!
