The positives are that the rack seems to be sturdy, and priced well. The added hooks for the grid wall are appreciated accessories, and shipping was prompt.But...The assembly had many too many issues.*They furnish 3 'tools' for assembly. They are stamped steel, don't fit, and are worse than Erector Set tools from 60 years ago!* There are 4 threaded holes in the ends of the base rails. Unfortunately all these holes had the powder coat finish inside their threads, which made the screws impossible to be installed. One hole had weld splash on the edge of the hole. The only fix was to get my metric tap set and clear the threads, Then they were fine.* The 4 wheels are installed into threaded inserts on the bottom of the base. These were loose and poorly installed, Since they were loose, the wheels could not be properly tightened. Being familiar with this type of threaded inserts I was able to properly tighten them with available tools and shop supplies.* One of the group of 8 assembly screws was defective. It was defective had no threads, and no spares were included.* The metal plates to fasten the grid wall panels together are poorly designed and the instruction sheet shows this detail as a confusingly blurred image. The rest of the information is also difficult to comprehend without some effort. Proper English translation and clearer drawings is needed here!At the end, if you decide to purchase this unit, you may need help moving the carton since it is large and quite heavy. Since you cannot slide the parts out of the shipping carton, open it carefully if you need to return it. Also be prepared to do work with tools you may not have available. We did not use the supplied plates and screws but resorted to my old standby, heavy duty plastic wire ties, to strap the grid wall intersections. Since there is no stress here, the wire ties will be more than safe and adequate.Regrettably, this all points to poor factory product quality control and lack of attention, With some added effort during assembly, this product appears to be transformed into a reasonable and functional product..

I like the product. Good and heavy with only some slight bowing of product. Love the wheels which can be locked. Lots of space for my product at craft shows. Instructions are not good however. Alot of the parts are called the same name. Had to watch the video which is too fast. Took some figuring but we got it together.

I purchased this item for use at craft fairs. Its sturdy and heavy so I don't worry about it falling on anyone. Some of the hardware to assemble the unit could have been more heavy duty and the plastic wheels will be history as soon as I can order working ones. The panels weren't square, but the base accommodates the curvy panels. The assembly directions could have been a bit more detailed as in which way to face the panel and where exactly the "w" clips are installed. Overall, for the price and my intended use it works well.

While the revolving grid rack is just fine with only one screw missing, beware of holes in the carton! A couple hours after dragging the heavy package into the house there was a snake in the house. The only way it could have entered was by hitching a ride in the carton

This item came with the incorrect screws and terrible instructions. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I did…for $110 this is a piece of crap.

While it’s not an amazing example of its kind, this display is sturdy and functional. I definitely feel it is good value for money.

One of the wheel casters snapped off the first time I used it. Have been trying to find a replacement for it...
