Yes it fits a aerochamber inhaler tool and asthma inhaler device in the main space with extra space for some medication containers within the zipper compartment. Which is what I was looking for! The rigidity of the box is a bit left to preference of deaires… I found this one to be aturdy enough to keep from the contents being squashed in a book backpack but also kind of too rigid to be flexible enough to fit into more tighter spaces its a didty didty of preference the bix itself is spacious and is quite big! I keep it between two peopleʻs sleeping spaces in a queen bed between each others pillows and it has my emergency asthma inhaler and some other respiratory and allergy medication vials and nasal sprays as well as being able to simultaneously fit ans contain a oxygen meter finger device. In a backpack senario this case does take up a bit of space and might not be fully practical as a sinpke soft latge zipper pencil case might do thetrick but wiyld compromisebon crush protection. Afterfilling this case I realized it took up way too much spce to be practical for everydayback and forth in a backpack when all I really needed was just the aerochamber and asthma inhaler and so I ended upjust putting thise twoitems in a soft zipper keychain type of case to throw in a day purse.Youʻve been warned. Uf you ste looking for a practical case for daily carry of meds this one is a bit bulky. Otherwise it is a well made sturdy easy to zip up chunky case tgat is capable of two way zipper. You can make a handle out of the wristlet clip by looping in on the one side before clipping it to the other zip. Campbells standard small can included in photos for size comparison. This case is exactly what I needed! Keep in mind it is bulky, so it might not be ideal to throw in a small bag or purse, but fits great in bigger bags and purses. I mainly got this to protect my items if ever dropped and I believe with this hard shell case it's perfect for that purpose. I was able to fit my portable nebulizer, inhaler, VHC for inhaler, nebulizer face mask, albuterol solution, nasal spray, charging cable and batteries.

I love this portable nebulizer which allows me to have a treatment without bring attention to me like a regular nebulizer. The small case is just enough to store additional supplies and take with me while traveling.

This is a very affordable hard shell case type thing. I use it for a portable nebulizer. Lots of room for everything thats needed for portable medical device.

Case is a little smaller than expected but all of the additional pieces fit. Was expecting the machine to fit as well.
