6.25 mm = 1/4 inch if my math is correct.

Q: Are these dishwasher (top rack) safe?

These are so small, the only way you may try is to put them over one of the dishwasher rack tines, which negates the ability to clean the inside of them. Think end of straw small. Best to hand wash and use a tiny bottle brush if needed.

Q: are they able to withstand hot temperatures such as in a clothes dryer?

I have put them in my dishwasher on heated dry for the dishes. That heat is pretty intense and they are fine with that. I don’t have a clue why you would want to put them in a clothes dryer!
