Love this product. Works great. Fits nicely in freezer and you can count on the lid popping the cubes out. If they don't all fall out the first time you just rotate it 180° and press once more and the other half will fall out right into the container as advertised. Seems very durable and I love the small ice cubes.

What a disappointment! Ice tray work fine and you can freeze water to make small ice cubes.The problem is removing the ice using the lid, bin and ejector button as shown. First of all, it is not as easy as the video portrays. The ice tray would constantly fall into the ice bin when trying to use the ejector button to dump ice into the bin. I think this is due to the corner where the ejector button, ice tray and bin are aligned. I noticed the corner does not have a support so when using the ejector button the corner gets pressed down to the point that the tray falls into the bin. Not a good design here.... My daughter chipped her finger nail when the tray and lid caved in. Luckily the entire thing didn't break on her.If you can get the ice tray to stay put, you have to apply heavy pressure to remove the ice. All the ice does not come out and you would have to repeat the process several times with ice tray falling into the bin between attempts. Ice trays are not as flexible as shown in the video when removing ice using the ejector button. Its pretty rigid when frozen. I guess that would account for why the tray falls into the bin when using the ejector button.What I have found to work is to perform a series of forceful taps on the ejector button to dislodge the ice. When this didn't work to remove all the ice, the good old twisting of the ice tray would loosen the ice enough for you to manually dump the ice in to the bin.

This was a great product in theory but didn’t work as well as I had hoped. The rim on it comes off super easily making it hard to handle. The ice tray cracked after a few uses and the ice seemed to get stuck in it even when using the push down tool. It is small so it doesn’t store much ice but also is good for a small space or if you need to stack it with anything else. It looks good and does not leak or spill.

I like the small ice cubes and it takes up very little space in my freezer, but the lid is an issue. It really doesn't lock into place so when I grabbed the container with one hand the ice was all over my floor.

A gift for my daughter. She loved how easy the ice comes out of the trays and the mini scooper as well. Definitely worth the money.

Concept is great, product is not. The ice strays stack nicely so that’s a plus. But can we talk about the container? The lid is AWFUL. You fill it then firmly grab the container and the lid pops off in such a way that you fumble the container and drop it. What a lovely mess of ice all over your kitchen and a waste of precious cubes. Also the lid likes to collapse when you try to release the ice. The tub itself gets really wet and slippery while it’s on the counter waiting to be filled so that aids in the fumbling. Please make a better lid. I’ve seen that common complaint about this product yet here we are. Would not recommend this anyone unless they want to wake their entire family at 5 am when the full wonky bin yeets from their hands onto the hardwood floor. Oh yeah my kitchen is over the bedrooms so that gave it an extra layer of fun.Fix the lid.

It’s a decent ice cube tray however smaller than I expected.

Ultimately I returned this item. I chose to give it a three star rating simply because it was very easy to return.I had high hopes for this item after seeing it come across my social media page. The video review made it appear very easy to use, however, I had difficulty getting the tray to stay secure while pressing the button to remove the ice. The tray kept falling into the bottom container while trying to remove the ice as well and even on the few attempts I got it to stay in place more than half the ice still remained in the tray (and it was not overfilled with water prior to freezing). Each time I would need to twist and bang the tray to remove all the ice.The lid also would slide around when transferring the tray to and from the freezer. It would sit well on top of the storage container bottom without the trays, but I didn’t like leaving the ice uncovered in the freezer while waiting for it to be frozen. It wasn’t what I was looking for overall, so I returned it. The return was super easy and I just shipped it back in its original box.
