I don't normally write reviews, but...this time, it's important. I have purchased 2 of these in the last 2 weeks and each one, same story -- - - - battery charges, green light on, place in camera, and within 24 - 36 hours, battery reads 0% charge. The camera didn't take a lot of pictures, it wasn't particularly cold out, nothing else that I can think of to make this happen. Amazon has been very good about returns, exchanges and refunds, but after the second time, I've determined this isn't user error, this is a bad product. Thanks to Amazon for not giving me grief and allowing me to take the $50 I spent on this battery and put it towards some AA lithium rechargeable batteries and a charger.

I charged it when it arrived and installed it in the camera. Each day or two it loses 1% and it’s taking a lot of photos and uploading them. In fact I need to make it take fewer photos. I bought the 1000/month plan and I’m at 1/3 of that in a few days.

It is a good alternative to 8 AA batteries in the flex camera but not acceptable for my usage. I think the only way to power the flex camera is with a 12 volt system. At home i fully charged it and the next day i plugged it back in and the red light was on just sitting overnight. In the field i got 44 pictures and it dropped to 99%. Not bad but if you want it to last in a high picture setting, forget it and rig up a 12 volt system.

Bought as a gift

Battery does not work properly with flex. It says it has no charge even when it does. Tried to use it for the second season it and dies after a few photos.Terrible customer service, call centre, no understanding of hunting/wilderness…or the remoteness of most trail cams. Had to hike to the woods three times, call customer service, and wait on hold for 1-3hours everytime, at my bear site, because I was told I needed to have the device in hand to do any troubleshooting on it. Eventually found out the problem was on there, and and it was not fixable

I am really satisfied with the product. The battery is in my flex m camera since I received it still at 90% .

Deleted my prior review. I thought I had a defective product, turns out that this battery will only charge with the original usb/C cord that comes with it, and I suspect not a regular usb charger, I'm using my variable power one and now the battery is charging.
