Great product
Tastes is fine. The tablets work quickly to help with stomach issues: gas, fullness, nausea.Have been purchasing for over one year and will continue to do so. Don’t leave home without some Bianacid. All natural.

Bienacid is very effective, go for the tablets
I have tried both their tablets and their small sachets of powder. I much prefer the tablets for effectiveness.

Very bad reaction after one tablet.
I have been diagnosed with LPR reflux and I'm very vigilant with following all the lifestyle changes that are recommended. I thought I'd try this product after reading the reviews on Amazon. Unfortunately my own personal experience with this product has been a very bad one. I took a tablet last night after dinner and within 5 minutes I knew it was a mistake. I started to get a tight feeling in the throat and lots of phlegm came up from my stomach. I had a bad night sleep and feel like my throat is worse this morning. I have now put the product in the bin. I would like a refund however it seems that I have to contact this companies customer support rather than go through the amazon support.

VERY HELPFUL!!
I am Italian and have known this brand for decades. For months I have been suffering from gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux, the doctor has prescribed me various medicines, all useless or that I do not tolerate.This product in a few days worked so well that I have already reduced the tablets. Sugar free Bianacid in the future?
Potent tablets to sooth stomach ulcers and burning intestinal pain, but too sweet.** Do you have any plan to manufacture sugar free Bianacid in the future? **Also could you please make those tablets easier to split in half, or smaller in size?They are too thick and big, and only a pair of pliers can split them in smaller pieces.
