Eppicatispal 239.L Truffle Grater Stainless Steel

Works fine as it is very sharp but a hinge ridge along the base of the blade catches on the truffle and damages it. Not possible to do a full lenth smooth cut of the truffle due to this design flaw

It's a great little tool to have in my tool box
