My garden birds go crazy for food through the winter and spring and can cost you a fortune to feed your feathered friends. This is a good value bulk buy, it is very heavy so make sure you have muscles to pick it up from the porch and somewhere to store the box. Packed into portions of six fat balls at a time so the rest stay sealed and don’t go stale or smell. Lasts a long time buying them this way. Birdies will love you.

Although non of the fat balls were missing the package was token on one side. As 150 fat balls are heavy perhaps the taping should have been stronger. The first time I had these the box was ok, so perhaps it had been dropped in transit. The driver was very good and had made sure there were no items were loose in the van. P.N

Really good quality and wrapped in smaller quantities mean they stay fresh and don’t rub against each other resulting in a loss of seeds

I have bought various brands of suet balls over the years but these are my favourites by far. Although I disapprove of plastic, the fact that they are wrapped in bundles of six means that they don't disintegrate or melt like some of the others I have bought. They are solid, don't crumble easily and the birds really go for them.

Feeding the birds is helpful. When we have hot weather, the ground is baked hard, making it difficult for birds to get at the worms. Not so many insects about either

I have been very impressed by these in the past, but the last two boxes have been disappointing. The balls are extrmely soft and crumbly, and tend to fall apart. My last box arrived damaged, with several of the packets really just crumbs, and despite much searching, I was unable to find a way of contacting the seller to report this. I think that the box had been damaged in transit, so it was not the seller's fault, but I should have been able to report this. I will look elsewhere for my next order.

The birds eat them! Great value.
