lGood ginger flavour
Very nice, natural, ginger flavour. The granules are rather hard and do not soften well in cooking, so I have found that soaking them in hot water for a few minutes, draining and adding the liquid to soups, tea and biscuits works really well. They last for ages and are much more economical than fresh ginger. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product but needs airtight storage if you do not use all at once.
This arrived very quickly and was packaged in a plastic bag so i had to repackage into an airtight box to store. Perfect for chutney so will order again!

Lovely ginger
I love ginger and when I received this packet and opened it up, I got a gorgeous waft of ginger. I used that evening in curry. What a great way to have and use ginger. I will definitely buy this again
