My office space is like an icebox. I freeze constantly despite wearing winter clothes all summer long. A friend recommended this little gem and I love it. It is perfect to sit in my lap and defrost the thighs. There are a few tweeks that would male it perfect. The first suggestion is that the pad could be 2-3 inches longer. This would allow it it tuck under my legs and help keep it in place while Im typing. The next thing that would be beneficial - cord from the controller to the pad needs to be longer. I am limited to just sitting right in front of my computer. I am not able to turn the chair to teach the file cabinet adjacent to my desk without the pad falling off my lap or pulling the controller off the desk. This has happened a couple of times, and Im afraid it will break if it hits the floor just right. That leads to my final suggestion, put a loop fastener on the pad that would allow easy hanging it up from a hook that could be placed under the desk. That way It could be close-by, but off of the desk and kept clean while not in use.It is a wonderful find. I highly suggest it for folks like me who stay cold in the office.

Oh my goodness…. This is the softest heating pad I’ve ever had, and I’ve owned a lot of them. I purchased two different sizes of themto use on different body parts. The largest one is really huge, it reaches from my neck to my waist and then some. I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Also known as RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) type 1 and 2, in different areas of my body, among other conditions like arthritis and spinal herniations. Where I have the cold type of CRPS it’s imperative that I warm it up so it doesn’t hurt as bad and these warm up fantastically. I’ve had them for about a month now and I use them multiple hours of the day, and so far they’ve been great. Having CRPS I’m very sensitive to textures as well. With all other heating pads you could feel the heating elements in them, with these you can’t. I’ve fallen asleep numerous of times leaning against these and I didn’t wake up with those indentation lines in my skin that other heating pads heating elements would cause. Hopefully, they hold up for a little while because I really like them.

After having spinal fusion in 2018, I rely on a good heating pad to ease the stiffness I wake up with daily. I had been using two horizontally before my dearly departed 20 year old incontinent cat, peed on them. I was able to get the smell out until they heated up, and smelled like baked pee. I saw this XXL heating pad (in purple no less!!) on a Lightening Deal and grabbed it. It’s large enough to go from the top of my neck to my sacrum vertically and wide enough that my entire back feels the heat. It has six heat settings and a two hour timer, split into 30 minute intervals. The only reason I didn’t score it five stars, is due to a few of the structure wires kinking after several weeks use. The pad doesn’t lie flat in that area. I can manually straighten it out if it bothers me, though it kinks up again. It’s small but with the hardware in my spine, it’s like the princess and the pea as far as feeling everything goes. I definitely recommend it and would purchase again. All said, any heating pad I purchase is used daily - AM, PM and any time my back aches. I usually have to replace it every year or so. It’s hard to find XXL or XXXL (can’t remember which mine is) without spending a fortune. Grateful for the great deal I got on a pretty wonderful ache easer!

I got this heating pad for my back pain because I just had a baby. It is great to lay it on your bed and lay on it that way or put it on the back of my chair while I’m working. I also use this all the time because I run cold, keeps me warm and helps my back pain. Has great heat settings. Super easy to use. Compact and easy to store.

I absolutely love this heating pad! I sleep with it for my back and I am known for burning myself in the past after falling asleep (genius) but not anymore this has a TRUE TIMER! IVE LEFT IT PLUGGED IN AND SET TO ON FOR WEEKS AND IT HAS TURNED ITSELF OFF EVERY TIME! IT TRULY WORKS. ITS BIG ENOUGH TO COVER MY WHOLE BACK OR SHOLDERS. IT ALSO GETS HOT,SOME PADS DONT GET HOT ENOUGH BUT THIS BAD BOY IS A WINNER! if you have a heat sensitivity def try each settings before hitting 6.. must buy!.

I love this heating pad, it's so silky soft and gently warming, I could lie on it all day. The timer function is excellent as I have a tendency to fall asleep when I'm using it and so usually set it for 30 mins, although there are various timing settings. The larger size is wonderful and provides gently heated relief to a larger area of your body. Highly recommend!

I really like this heating pad because It's longer than usual, it has adjustable heat settings, and the auto off can be set from 30 minutes to two hours. Cover is very soft and pleasant to touch. It's not removable, but I've found that the removable covers tend to come off and the plastic pad underneath wrinkles, making it very uncomfortable. This one is very pleasing to the touch, and, while thin, keeps its shape.

I have now used four different heating pads at home. I use this one for travel. It's light and compact when rolled up and the cord is detached for packing. It works great at home, but it's ideal for travel. The other pads I have tired are bulky and do not pack well.
