Easy to change your keyboard
I was able to remove keys and change my keypad with ease. I definitely encourage people to buy this. It makes it a lot easier when changing up your key

Works great
I used this to take my key caps off and it works as intended, no problems here.

it does pull key caps easily.My main reason that I got this is to replace my cherry keys with Blue Keys, ... but finally I realized my Cherry Mx 3.0s does not allow the key switches to be pulled (after contacting Cherry support) - bummer!

Nice lightweight and easy to use tool
Flexible and works effortlessly to pull key caps. Build quality seems fine. The dual tools appear to be securely anchored in the plastic handle. I anticipate that this will last for some time.

Too difficult
This product is cheaply made and bends too easily. Difficult to use. Requires repeated tries to get the key out. Middle of gadget broke on third key removal attempt. What can you expect for $5.00 though.
