Needs work.
The water itself is fine, but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. The bottles are not packaged, just shipped loose in a box. And the bottles were dusty/gritty.

You sent the wrong product.
The 16oz Aquafina bottles are crap. Too thin plastic. Most of bottles won't stand by itself. Consequently, I found 20oz bottles on Amazon and ordered them. You sent me 16oz bottles!

Order short 10 out of 16 bottles
6 bottles look ok but were shipped in a large box with no padding and the box looked like it was torn and taped up. I think the shipping for this was vary poor I request a part refund from amazon for this problem.
