Great product
Great product and is effective. I'm falling asleep within 20 minutes of taking this. Will continue buying this for years to come. Great Value for the money, lasts much longer than buying the liquid capsules. Nothing else has worked for me that isn't liquid. This is the best product I've tried in 33 years. There's no bad taste whatsoever.

If you need that extra push to fall asleep
This stuff will effectively knock you out. I typically have used 3-10mg of liquid melatonin, this easy to use tincture will have you counting sheep in no time. Great value, not too bad tasting, slightly sweet, and effective!

La melatonina siempre pienso que es mejor en líquida pero creo que la dosis es muy alta y en este suplemento la regla es menos es más 5g o 10 creo que van bien

Buy a different brand
This product is been completely ineffective. I have a bottle of another brand that is 10mg, and took the same amount as the 20mg, and the 10mg was ironically twice as effective. Complete waste of money. I couldnt even tell if this worked at all
