I originally reviewed this item as non-operative upon receipt. My mistake... This was "operator error". My video source being a DSLR camera and I could not view the video through either a windows 10 laptop or windows 11 desktop. After fiddling around with the (expected) software it now works admirably as it should. Video quality is excellent.After commenting on the "broken" product, the seller offered to refund the purchase amount. Now obviously not necessary.The 4k video capture card appears to be a high enough quality so that it should last a long time through repeated plugging in/out. Cost/quality is excellent and definitely recommended.

In an age where we rely on more than one screen for our computer/laptop, this works perfectly. I rarely use my MacBook, but now that I've taken it out of the bag, I've gotten spoiled with using two screens. This item works perfectly! Thank you!

The quality of not great but that's not the cords fault

HDMI connector is a bit obstructive, at least for my screen

Works perfectly for my dual screen monitors using a Dell docking station.
