I agree with reviewers that say whoever designed this piece of furniture really knew what they were doing. It all fits well / snugly into its shipping box with minimal styrofoam. It's easy to assemble for just one person, with no additional tools needed. All the pieces have labels, so there's no guess work. There's only one kind of screw for the whole thing. Easy peasy.The only difference between the actual product and the manual drawings is likely a product improvement, making it last longer. As others mention, there are these black triagular shaped plastic protectors fastened to each corner of the wood, and the top has two pieces of wood. Because of these corner protectors, there is a visible but harmless gap in the middle between the left and right piece. Also then there is no place for center most screws because of this change, although the diagram in the manual shows them. I think that likely makes the boards last longer, so if you can handle the cosmetic issue of the visible middle gap between the board on either side, all is good. There are plenty of other screws so the piece is quite strong & stable.I like that it has these hard plastic screw thingies on the bottom to protect floors that you can use to adjust for height differences, say if one leg is on a rug and one on the floor.

I needed something to go on the side of a desk where I could put work stuff from but I had limited space so it had to be narrow and match my desk a little. These were perfect. I purchased two and now I have more storage and have a place to put this while I work. Super easy to assemble.

Bought this for my Grandson’s new apartment. He wanted industrial look and this was perfect. Easy to put together especially for me who usually can’t figure things out. Very sturdy. Great looking.

I love this, helps to organize shoes and give you a place to sit and put on or take off. It looks good and was super easy to put together. Id like to give it a 5 star, but it says it is sturdy with the top holding up to 300lbs. My husband is not 300 lbs and it seems to be a little less sturdy when he sits to do shoes. I have checked to tighten the screws but they are tight, it just wobbles a little. Still a great buy and seems to be holding up. I would not sit and wobble in it on purpose it may not but it does its job for brief sitting. I think its a great buy.

We love our new shoe rack. It’s the perfect size to place by entryway. It’s sturdy and a great height. We place our bags on top to pickup and go! Just what we were looking for. Easy to put together as well.

I bought this a second time because I lived the first one. This one however would not line up right. Disappointed!
