Great precision metric hex set. I bought these for fishing reels, glasses, knives, etc. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.I don't think the people having issues with rounding, stripping, breakage etc., know what they're doing with fasteners. You have to make sure the tool is fit 100% squarely and 100% seated to the head of the fastener 100% of the time or you will have catastrophic issues with the tool or the fastener. This fact becomes even more important as the size of the fastener gets smaller.I used a white oil based paint Sharpie to paint the swivel cap numbers to make them easier to see. Clean the swivel cap with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to clean off any molding agents that might remain from the plastic molding process and wipe them off with a clean cloth. This is a necessary step to help the paint to stick, especially with plastics.If you are trying to break loose a fastener from factory assembly or a corroded fastener, you need to apply heat to the situation and make sure it's clean. Get a candle and heat the end of a paper clip to glowing hot and hold it to the head of the fastener to transfer the heat. Use a Q-tip, small nylon brush and rubbing alcohol to clean the area. This will help break loose those tiny fasteners with blue loctite, corroded etc. These are not breaker bars. Get a breaker bar and a 1/4" drive bit if you are busting stuff loose.

They work and are a good value, but they’re not extremely sturdy

I have been using these for about two months now. They work great. They did not strip any screws nor did the tool ends round off. Excellent quality.

I needed a set that went waaayyyy down to very small sizes for those rare, after 7pm on Saturday night occasions when working on small optics. You know. Those aww heck moments when facing a weird hex screw with just standard too-big hex keys. This set fills the bill. The plastic "case" they come in is worthless, but the drivers are nice and they do the job,

For ultra small screws, these are the best. If you have gotten stuck on a job because your regular hex key set doesn't go small enough, these are great. Even the tiny drivers are strong enough for the toughest, tightest screws.I was able to repair binoculars with screws glued in place. With a cheaper tool, the hex tip would have bent or broken off.These are not cheap. But if they are the tool you need, it's the price between success and failure.

I bought both standard and ball end metric driver sets to work on my RC vehicles. The price was reasonable and they were made in the good old U.S. of A. So, I am thinking they should be good tools. Unfortunately they are just not durable. They are rounding off on the ends and most of the screws are only going into nylon. Some of the drivers have machined ends on them where they used a larger size and reduced it. So you cannot use a bench grinder to clean them up and continue to use them.

I wasn't looking to spend much. I was only looking for 3 drivers but I had to buy a set, it was cheaper. These looked ok if over priced. They feel really plasticy. The grip are ok but a little hard, but the tops twist, kind of. The tips are really really, I mean, really short. If you mess 1 up you can't grind it down to fix it. Just not impressed. Either drop your price or bring up your quality. It wouldn't let me add a photo.
