Excellent case!- I am so amazed with the quality and functionality of the Ounne case. It is slim and looks great! For those of you looking for a minimalistic solution to defend your phone against water damage and other elements, I recommend the Ounne case as a top contender.- I plan to use the case for underwater photography, so I tested the case in about 16 inches of water before use with my iPhone. Before submersion, I verified that the case was sealed completely by firmly applying pressure around each side. I left it submerged for a couple of hours with a folded dry paper towel inside. When I pulled the case out of the water and dried off the outside, I found no sign of moisture in the case, so I installed the case around my iPhone.I have been using the Ounne case exclusively for the past 4 days on my iPhone. Here are my findings:There is slight performance degradation with the speakers and microphone, but not noticeable to the average user - after all, you need to cover these openings to protect your device...one must expect there to be slight distortion. I was actually very nicely surprised in the clarity. I have had no issues with hearing phone calls and have had no complaints from the people I have spoken with on the phone while using the Ounne waterproof case.The screen protector is almost directly on top of the glass. I normally do not use a screen protector at all as I enjoy the smoothness of the original glass. I have found that the Ounne case’s screen protector does not interfere with the responsiveness of the touch screen. I have read complaints in other reviews regarding issues swiping up from the bottom to access the control center, but I have not found this to be a problem for me.The case is a little slick on the back so it will slide around on a smooth surface. Although, the front raised edge has just enough grip so it can be set face down and not slide. The sides have a bit of grip as well-enough so it is comfortable enough to hold as well as easy to slide in / out of a pocket easily. This was a major plus for me as my daughter’s life proof case is completely slick on all sides and is very easily dropped.I feel like I got the better value by far. She spent at least 4X more than I did and I like my case better!!!The ONE and ONLY thing I would change is the silence button/toggle wheel on the side-it is VERY difficult to turn. I have found this to be an issue with many of the silence button/toggle wheels out there. This is not an issue specifically with the Ounne case.

GREAT DEAL! I bought the hype of brand named products that promise to protect your phone for a $100 case- this does the same thing for MUCH less! I bought this case specifically for a Christmas trip to the Caribbean because I wanted to take cool pics and video in the water. I followed the instructions precisely when I first received the case and it has protected my phone when I held it in the water (the bracelet they give to put on your wrist was great, strong, and made me feel much more secure about it not slipping out of my hand), when I took video, and I could play around in the water and swim (although a little cumbersome because I was still holding an iPhone 8+ in my hand). I have actually never had it slip out of my hand, although there is nothing special about the grip of the case. But I am more than sure I am protected should it fall. Though I still have insurance on my phone, I feel so safe having this case on! Though I listened to music before in the shower, now I can use it in the shower and place it anywhere and not have to worry about it being damaged. I will be purchasing this for my entire family before summer time comes back around so we can all enjoy our iPhones at the pool! (I did take pics and video underwater but I found these two first(I attached them)- my son splashed me in one photo and I was watching my kids splash around- and my phone was protected in the water, no worrying about it!)The case is not the prettiest and doesn't come in colors, but the clear back is cool since my phone is rose gold. The circular knob on the side is cool (turn it forward or backward and it adjusts your ringer switch), and the buttons all connect well with the phone's buttons. My only issue is sometimes the speaker is covered and hard to hear. Just position it where you are able to speak clearly and not holding the phone on your shoulder. But, for all the benefits of the case, I don't care, I just use my wireless headphones if I want to use the phone. I still wouldn't take a star away for it! I will definitely buy more Ounne products- whatever they sell!

The phone case was simple enough to install. Didn’t come with any pry tool to take it back off, but I already have some from other cases. VERY small charging port - the cables I already have didn’t fit so I bought new ones with smaller housing in the connection area.. The case looks really cool and fits nice and tight.

This product is as high-quality as others in the same field, e.g. Lifeproof. I did the water test and accidentally left a small part of the case partially-sealed. Even with the seal broken, no water was in the device after an hour underwater. The case is slim and stylish, and ALL of the buttons work as normal, nothing really changed. The fingerprint scan still works perfectly fine, and touch gestures are smooth as normal.The only thing I caution about this case - but it applies to EVERY waterproof case - is to be careful with the charge port rubber cover. If you aren't careful when opening/closing, you WILL wear it out quickly, and have to buy a new case. So be gentle and don't bend it more than you need to and I see this case lasting at least 2 years! For the price and how it protects your phone, you can't complain!PS - don't bring this (with your phone in it) swimming in a lake more than 8-10 ft. If you drop it in the water, it WILL sink (obviously, but I need to say it). If you want to do that, I recommend tying an inflated balloon (doesn't have to be huge) to the lanyard so that if you do drop it, it floats. Just be careful with where you use it. Again, obviously.

I didn't want a flimsy plastic bag type holder for taking underwater picture on our next vacation, after considerable research this is definitely the most highly recommended product on the market. I had an initial problem with the product but this was solved quickly and efficiently with some swift customer service by the seller. Highly recommended.

Took this case off within a couple hours. Everyone I talked to on the phone said it sounded like I was underwater.
