This mattress protector is easy to put on. Chemical smell is faint, you have to touch it with your nose to smell it. I assume it will dissipate completely pretty soon. My only disappointment is a tiny hole that I found after putting it on my mattress. It's on a corner, less than 1/10 inch in diameter and since I am not worried about bed bugs, it isn't worth it to return. It doesn't look like it will get bigger/rip further. Still a bummer.I can't say anything about water resistance because it hadn't been tested yet.

I really like that there is a velcroed flap that covers the zipper edge when closed. That kind of finishing touch keeps your sheets from getting unnecessarily, snagged.It is super slim. 8” to 11” mattress is recommended. I have to say that we sausaged it onto a 12” mattress without any rips.

What an amazing design. It is easy to slip over the mattress with the extra long zipper that goes 3/4ths around the bed. the materials are lovely to handle and don't rattle or crinkle like inferior plastic waterproof covers can. I sincerely want to thank the person or crew who came up with these.

It was some effort to install as my mattress is quite heavy but I think it will work fine.

I was glad to find this, it was a good fit and easy to put on the odd sized mattress for our RV daybed.

Nice product but pricey

So our RV bunks needed protection. We have twin sheets on them which are huge so we bought the protectors “RV Bunk”. I was able to get them on but definitely a tight fit width wise.

Cleans up really well after juice spills. Fits well but need two people to put it on.

Looks to be well made, fits well. Haven’t used it yet, hope we don’t have test if’s waterproof.
