As a woman who is a big fan of over priced and overly painful shoes, I cannot express enough on how these have changed my shoe game. I had recently purchased a pair of boots, which on our first outing had completely destroyed my heels. A few weeks later (recovery), and after popping the heel insert in; I had a glorious trip away where I was able to wear the boots daily, pain and blister free.The value for money is incredible, and they provide the ultimate comfort in breaking in new shoes / offering support to those pesky Loubs, which lets face it, are always painful regardless of how many times you try to break them in!!

I bought these for my work heels. once I put these on, they felt nice, not too squishy but alright. I kid you not, once I got out of the car and started waking on the side walk to the building (5 min walk), my feet were sliding all inside the heels. if you are someone who sweats on their feet, I do not recommend these. I don't consider myself someone with sweaty feet, but for some reason my feet were sweating inside the heels because of the heat on the sidewalk. the actual pad stayed in place, but the sweat had my foot sliding inside the heels.

I recently bought some heels on sale & they ended up being way too big. My feet would completely slip out the side or the front while walking, making these heels unwearable. These inserts were just enough cushion to make my shoes tight enough to fit my feet. I got them in clear & as long as you place them properly they aren’t noticeable.

I made the horrid mistake of wearing my Louboutin pumps (not pictured) without these sole protectors and now it's f***ed up. I vow to NEVER wear Louboutins before putting these on cuz they make a difference and is a great way to protect your investment.TBH, I don't like the rough textured look on these stickers, but they got good traction so I'm not complaining. This is the only downside to these sole protectors, because if I sit crossed legs you can see the bottom of the shoes and see the noticeable texture of these sole protectors. BUT it's worth the slight decrease in aesthetics because I can tell these will protect my red bottoms.And READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! While I was looking for which sole protector to buy from the plethora of options available on Amazon, I read the reviews suggesting to trace big and cut down the stickers BEFORE sticking them on. It's worth taking the time to carefully trace and trim it down little by little to get the fit just right. The instructions also say to blow dry it to cure it down, so keep that in mind and DO NOT wear them out immediately after putting on sole protectors. I was able to use one 5x5 sheet for the platform booties, but for my croc boots, I had to use 2 sheets. You definitely use one sheet for 1 pair of heels, which I love because I hate wasting extra product, so trace accordingly!Overall, I'm loving these sole protectors. I will update this review after I wear these bad girls out and test out how protective it is.

I purchased many shoes pads, this set is the largest in size, It really covers up the back of your heels where it is in contact with your shoes. Must have. However, due to its adding thickness to your shoe size, I now always buy shoes half size larger so I can comfortable pads in.
