This tea was recommended to me by my Greek sister-in-law. I have trouble staying asleep even though I'm on two sleep medications. She said to use this, and she was right! The tea works like a charm. At last I can sleep! It's so effective I'm actually going off my doxapine.I will say, however, that the tea tastes like ass. Just awful. If you're drinking it because you just like drinking tea, prepare to be disgusted. Basically I have to let the tea cool, and hold my nose and drink it down in one gulp. That's how bad it is. I dread drinking it. But it works so well I do it happily.Five stars for the sleep factor, because it's worth it. Even though it tastes like ass.

I love the product, but it is way too small amount in it, it is only enough for 7-9 cups of tea.

I received a beautiful bag of lovely dried flowers and leaves that still smelled like fresh flowers. I mix these with Greek mountain tea leaves and dried lemon verbena from this same brand to make the most satisfying and relaxing tea before bed each night. The only issue I have is I wish the bag were bigger since it takes a while for shipping. Personally, I think it’s well worth the wait.

The tea came in time and I love it. It's very fresh, smells amazing, and tastes amazing!
