Nordic Ware9" Round Non-stick Natural Aluminum Cake Pans (2 Pack), Metallic

This is my second set of these pans - nothing is wrong with the first set, I just want to be able to bake more cakes. Love these. They pair great with convection baking. The cake comes out consistent throughout, without the dome in the middle. People say that convection baking in these pans gets the cake too hot, but I disagree. I guess it depends on how you like your cake.

These cake pans have worked very well, and are easy to clean. I would recommend.

EDIT: I received my second pan and there is a noticeable difference between the two. It can be seen in the pictures that the gold coating is a different tone. Additionally, the bottom of the pan on the second pan has a matte coating. These were ordered less than two weeks apart. The newest pan has a slightly rougher non-stick coating which doesn’t allow for as even of a non-stick effect. I have to scrub a little bit which shouldn’t be the case given that it is so new. I will continue to test it for a few more bakes before I consider returning/exchanging it (if necessary). This is a bit disappointing given that I usually like this brand. Hopefully this is just a manufacturing mistake.I purchased this loaf pan as I have been a fan of this brand for awhile. This loaf pan did not disappoint! It easily releases my breads with zero issues and that is all that I ask for. I originally looked at a William Sonoma pan that looked very similar but was more expensive. Instead, I bought this to try and decided to get a second one totaling around the same price for the WS one. I am very happy with the quality and easy clean up of this pan. This did arrive with some minor dings however, it didn’t compromise the shape or ability of the pan. They recommend hand washing so that is all I have done. I highly recommend this loaf pan!

Nordic Ware do the BEST baking dishes. Such good quality and really high performance. I also really like their design and appearance.

I love the nice heavy weight of these cake pans. The nonstick coating is high quality and cakes release well. I find the use of parchment circles is unnecessary in these pans, but of course the extra insurance is nice. The resulting cakes stack well and look great.

This has a good weight to it for heat retention and smooth heating. The non-stick coating looked good and is similar to my gold bundt pan. I'm expecting a long life out of it.

Not disappointed by this product one bit. You can feel the quality in the build when you pick them up. The non-stick works well and makes for an easy clean up after use.

I was looking for a focaccia size baking tray. Glass does not work because no matter how much olive oil you put on it, the bread will stick. This is a bit costly but compared to other options for me it was worth the money.

Me gusto, es muy útil, me sorprende que no venga mejor empacado, me llego con un pequeño chipote en un costado de afuera hacia adentro, no apto para señoras delicadas por su falta de empaque.

Solo tengo pocas semanas usando el molde y espero que dure por largo tiempo. Es de muy buena calidad y mis postres salen perfectamente bien. Cabe en mi horno electrico pequeno (mas grande que los pequenos tostadores) y hago todos mis pasteles y platos en este.
