We have a 1/4 electric cattle fence I wired this up to to turn an electric fence off when we have bad lightening storms. The wire was only two prong so no light on the switch but it works perfectly. A little difficult to wire up, but looks and feels well built. Nice rubber gaskets everywhere and built from a sturdy plastic material that'll probably last a good long time.

I used this switch for inside the engine bay. Just to make it easy for my DRL turning off and on depending on where I'm driving or parking. I don't need my DRL all the time ;-)

These are DPST switches; this means each switch can control both hot and neutral on a 120V circuit, and both hot leads on a 220V circuit. Choosing a double-pole switch such as these is a good safety precaution, especially when used with 220V. I’m using one switch to control a table-mounted woodworking router and the other for controlling its dust-vacuum system. Both the router and vacuum are relatively high-amp devices. The switch assembly is IP66-waterproof rated. This means it’s also dust proof, which is something necessary for where I’m using it. The switch was easy to install, and works well. The wire connectors looked a bit small, but accommodated 12-gauge wires without problems. I routed the ground wires in so they can be connected together inside the box. It was a tight fit. It would have been a lot easier if the box was a bit larger.

Well made switch, easy to install.

It does function as a switch, but the light does not function in mine and that was the whole point in my purchase of this particular switch. I triple checked I wired it according to the instructions on the product page as no instruction come with or are on the product. I then tried rewiring it in every other possible configuration possible incase the instructions were wrong with no success. Mine simply shipped to me with a dead bulb. Also you cant use low count stiff strand cable with this switch. Their is virtually no space between the connectors and the back of the enclosure so you have to use small gauge and very flexible cable or you are never going to get the enclosure closed all the way without something breaking.

The switch feels solid and is working well. The button is lit when on. I do t remember that in the description. The one problem I had was with the ground wire. The hot and common wires have connections on both sides of the switch, but no ground connection. Not a lot of room to make a separate connection.

I needed a weatherproof 120v switch for my electric smoker. This one is quite well made and is working great so far

The switch and housing appears to be robust but don't be fooled. As soon as I tried to clip the switch into the housing the plastic retention clips immediately snapped leaving no way to secure the switch in the box. This resulted in the switch (with live wires) dangling out of the box making it totally useless and unsafe. Very disappointed.
