In my home automation system this purchase was a test because of the discount and I will definitely buy more, I will wait for another discount season because I want to buy 5 more

The device itself is pretty nice. Feels solid and a bit more powerful than the SwitchBot equivalent.Works well on my I rail.But… the item I received is definitely used/opened/returned. It has some marks on, the bags are a bit torn, and you can tell it was somewhat assembled even though I paid for a new item.I would buy this again, but not from this seller.

I bought this unit to replace my Switchbot, which I had problems with because my curtains are relatively heavy. Unfortunately, although the description makes it seem like you can use it on rod or track curtains, it depends on which version you buy, and the rod version doesn't seem to be available yet (I wish they would just send both adapters like Switchbot does). The unit does look hefty and I hope to try it out whenever they get the rod version out.

Does not pair easily. Took me 3 tries across 3 days. Also does not support rods. Only tracks - whatever that means. Need extra part called hanger that is NOT sold separately. Will email support but will likely have to return. What a waste of time and money. If you have RODS must buy ROD version.

Great concept and I'm sure if You knows what you were doing it would work great. Was going to use in a vacation property , but I felt as if I couldn't explain to someone how to use it then probably best not to have it in there.

A little buggy with home assistant but after taking time to set up it works. It also does work with the ikea vidga rails. I used zip ties to make extra loops so the ikea rollers could attach.

UPDATE:Wish I could return - so tired of having to regulate the run, at this point I’m done with it and rather just remove.Concept is great and it works on a track. I got 4 units installed. Problem is the inconsistent tech. I’ve had to reset the travel path/regulations once about every month. It just does its own thing, one panel too far other too short, without reason. I find this annoying.Scheduled Automations work 70% of the time, there’s some days where it just decides not to…Other times the app/command to open close has no response at all, so you have to manually pull on curtains. The longer I have this, the more I realize it’s not worth it. Too much of a hassle/troubleshooting.
