I have found this very helpful however it hasn’t been entirely 100% accurate. It’s been mostly accurate but I have found that on a couple of occasions the wrong coin had gone into the wrong compartment. Usually the 20p being the main culprit. The other thing I found when I’d bagged them up and taken them to the bank on a couple of occasions it didn’t put the full £20 worth of £1 coins in and was missing one on a couple of occasions. The money pots are a good shape for tipping coins into money bags but they don’t fit very securely into the machine and are easily knocked off or not put into the correct place. Overall though this has saved a lot of time and is a good item. I just wish there was a way once it had finished counting all the money that it would show you how much was in the pot there and then and not the overall it had counted. For example if the machine had counted £156 in £1 coins and you had bagged up the coins in bags of £20 that would be 7 bags then £16 left in the machine however it doesn’t tell you that there is £16 left, it purely tells you £156. Same for every coin. I just thought it would be nice to give you a full report.

Unpacked it,read the instruction and used is as per instructions.Worked great for first 3-4 times.Then it stopped (error reported)Checked instruction book,followed instructions and tried again.It worked once and stopped again.In the instruction book it tells you to look at fig 6.1 (to idendify different parts of the machine.There is no fig 6.1 but there is a fig 5.1.It stopped working AGAIN.Tried to use 'Live chat' to get help & advice."someone will be with you shortly" Tried Live chat again after waiting over half an hour but still nothing,No help,No advice just someone will be with you shortly.So machine not working,no help,advice from live chat.Only option left for me was to return it.I wont bother with this make again.Lesson learned.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered this counter in 3 years, for 3 different establishments. They get used at least once a day, every day, and are robust and accurate. They have always arrived next day. Very well packaged. Setup in seconds. Just plug in and go. Would highly recommend.

This coin sorter and counter is the best Ive used so far. It not only counts accurately it is quick about it. The only small issue (which is why only 4 stars) is the trays are not held in place very securely and have fallen out on me twice resulting in having to start all over again. But found if extra careful when placing them they seem to work most of the time. I think problem is mainly which coins that have high numbers (1 to 5p coins) and heavy coins with high numbers (10p coins).Very easy to set up especially the batch option (just have to remember how many coins make up the amount in each denomination).But much better than my old sorter which didn't count only sorted as much faster.

Great decent sized machine for end of day cash handling for any smaller busines looking to save 30 mins every evening counting change. Even auto pauses to allow you to bag up denominations of change. Would recommend
